FKM Peroxide Curable Copolymer also known as Peroxide Curable FKM Raw Polymer, refers to peroxide crosslinkable fluoroelastomer copolymers, a special type of FKM (fluoroelastomer). This FKM is vulcanized (crosslinked) with organic peroxides, which gives it different performance characteristics than traditional bisphenol-crosslinked FKM.

Better low-temperature flexibility: Compared to conventional bisphenol cross-linked FKM, it maintains a certain degree of elasticity at lower temperatures (e.g. -10°C to -20°C).
Lower Compression Set: Suitable for seals that are subjected to prolonged pressure, such as O-rings and oil seals.
No Hydrogen Fluoride (HF) by-products: FKM Peroxide Curable Copolymer avoids the problem that bisphenol cross-linked FKM can decompose at high temperatures to produce HF.
