Product Description:

Nitrogen-containing organic compounds (N-VOCs) are a type of volatile organic compounds containing nitrogen, which are commonly found in industrial waste gas, domestic sewage treatment processes and agricultural activities. These compounds include amines, nitriles, amides, pyridines and nitro compounds, etc., which have the characteristics of complex composition, strong volatility, high reactivity and foul odor. The harm of N-VOCs to the environment and health cannot be ignored. Its volatile nature makes it easy to diffuse into the air. Some compounds are irritating or toxic and can cause damage to the human nervous system, respiratory system and immune system. Long-term exposure may even cause cancer or mutations. In addition, N-VOCs participate in photochemical reactions in the atmosphere, generating ozone and secondary organic aerosols (SOA), exacerbating air pollution and harming the ecological environment.

Ammonia- Removal-Catalyst-conversion.jpg

Specifically designed fornitrogen-containing organic compounds (N-VOCs) like amines and amides, this catalyst selectively converts nitrogenous organics into nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and water, achieving dual compliance for VOCs and nitrogen oxides. It is suitable for industries producing ammonia and nitrogen-containing organic exhaust gases, such as petrochemical and chemical. Additionally, it operates at similar temperatures to SCR catalysts, solving ammonia slip issues in SCR denitrification processes.
